These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fofiwo storefront, including account features, product listings, checkout, and customer support. By using the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the storefront or place an order.
These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, and Returns & Refunds.
Fofiwo offers accessories and consumable supplies intended for fireworks-related use. The storefront does not offer fireworks, explosives, or pyrotechnic devices for sale.
You are responsible for determining whether a product may be purchased, possessed, transported, installed, or used at your location. You must use products only for lawful purposes, follow the applicable product information and instructions, and comply with all applicable age, permit, safety, and local-use requirements. Do not use the storefront or any product in a way that creates an unreasonable risk of harm.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting support. Keep account credentials confidential and notify us through the Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
An order submission is a request to purchase. We may need to verify order, payment, availability, destination, or compliance information before accepting or fulfilling an order. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change, and we may correct inadvertent errors before fulfillment where permitted by law.
Prices and available payment options are shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are presented before you submit an order when they can be calculated. Payment processing is provided through the payment method made available at checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount confirmed for your order, subject to its terms and any rights available under applicable law.
Shipping availability, estimates, restrictions, and order-related delivery information are described in our Shipping Information. Return, exchange, repair, and refund requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds process. Those policies are part of these terms and should be reviewed before placing an order.
You may use the storefront only for its intended personal or authorized business purpose. You may not interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, use automated means to access it without authorization, submit unlawful or misleading information, infringe another party's rights, or use the storefront in violation of applicable law.
The storefront and its original content, including text, product materials, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the storefront under these terms, no rights are granted without prior written permission.
Product information is provided for general purchasing and use guidance. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your intended lawful use and for following all safety information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the storefront and products are provided without warranties other than those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms when the storefront, products, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date are displayed on this page. If a change materially affects an order already accepted, any applicable law and the terms confirmed for that order continue to apply.
