This Cookie Policy explains how Fofiwo uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies when you visit or use the storefront. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.
For this policy, "cookies" includes small text files stored by your browser and comparable browser storage technologies that can remember information about a visit or device.
Some technologies are necessary for the storefront to operate reliably and securely. They may support functions such as maintaining a session, preserving shopping-cart continuity, protecting against misuse, remembering essential preferences, and recording a cookie-consent choice.
Because these technologies are needed to provide requested storefront functions, blocking or deleting them may cause parts of the storefront to work incorrectly or become unavailable.
The storefront asks you to choose Allow all or Decline optional before it initializes consent-managed third-party services. Selecting Allow all permits the storefront to load the services described in this section. Selecting Decline optional prevents optional services from loading automatically. You can later choose Enable chat to load Crisp customer support without enabling analytics.
When available and enabled for the storefront, these services may include:
| Category | Service | When it runs |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary browser storage | Storefront sessions, cart continuity, security, preferences, and the consent record | Needed to provide storefront functions |
| Customer support | Crisp chat | After Allow all, or after selecting Enable chat |
| Site analytics | Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights | After Allow all, when the service is enabled |
| Web analytics | Google Analytics with IP anonymization requested | After Allow all, when the service is enabled |
| Session and interaction analysis | Microsoft Clarity | After Allow all, when the service is enabled |
These providers may set or read their own technologies according to their respective terms and privacy notices. The services available at any time can depend on the storefront configuration and your consent choice.
Consent-managed technologies may collect or receive technical and usage information, such as browser and device information, pages viewed, interactions, referral information, and performance data. The storefront may also retain a consent record in a browser cookie and local storage for up to one year so it can remember your choice.
After you choose Allow, the storefront may retain first-visit attribution details in local storage, such as UTM parameters, an external referrer, and the landing page. This supports understanding how visitors reach the storefront and does not change the consent choice you made.
You can choose Allow all or Decline optional in the cookie notice when it appears. After declining optional services, you can still choose Enable chat from the support button to load Crisp customer support only. If you clear relevant browser cookies or local storage, the notice may appear again so that you can make a new choice.
Most browsers also let you review, delete, or block cookies and other browser storage through their settings. Browser controls vary by device and browser. Deleting or blocking necessary technologies can affect account, cart, security, and preference-related functions.
We may update this Cookie Policy when the storefront, its technology providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date are displayed on this page.
